It's a very new Hotel. Everything is pretty clean and the staff is very friendly and always take care about their guests. Like always asking about our plans for the day, give us recommendations about food or trips. That's the customer service I'd always like to have. Even most of people in Vietnam don't speak English very well but in this hotel you definitely won't have any language barriers!
