We stayed in several hotels on this trip and this small Hanoi hotel had by far the best approach to customer service. All staff were especially attentive to our needs and in the restaurant. The room we chose was especially small so next time I will choose a larger room. There was really no where to sit or do anything and sleep or shower however there was a Nice sitting area just outside the room. There are several excellent restaurants and lots of local shops within just meters hotel. Will definitely book this hotel next time we are in Hanoi.
